The EU's revised Waste Shipment Regulation mandates digital submission of transboundary waste movement documents via DIWASS. Travas is a SaaS platform with an approved connection at DIWASS Route 3 , the highest integration level , for businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
DIWASS , the Digital Waste and Shipment System , is the European Commission's central platform for processing electronic notifications for cross-border waste transport, integrated with TRACES NT.
Under EU Regulation 2024/1157, digital submission is mandatory: from 21 May 2026 for amber-listed shipments, and from 1 January 2027 for green-listed shipments (Annex VII).

No. Consignees are included at no cost.
