What does Travas cost
at your volume?

One licence, one transaction subscription, both procedures included. No setup costs, no fixed contract term, two months' notice period. The more you ship, the lower the price per shipment.

We prepare your registration and submit it to your competent authority. Available separately, falls outside the trial period and is not refundable once the registration has been submitted. You can also submit the registration yourself directly with your competent authority, free of charge. See DIWASS registration.
Important: Travas is not a government body and charges for its services. Travas Diwass B.V. is a private company and is not affiliated with ILT, OVAM, the Umweltbundesamt (UBA), the European Commission or the DIWASS system. Travas offers a paid service in which we handle the registration on your behalf as part of onboarding onto the Travas platform. You can also submit the registration yourself directly with your competent authority, free of charge. The fee of 500 euro excluding VAT is the charge for our service.

The amounts below are excluding VAT and excluding connected entities. The fixed cost of € 1,695 per year stays the same; only shipments above 240 are added.

At 100 shipments you pay € 16.95 each, at a thousand still € 3.98. There is no upper limit and no scale break: every shipment above 240 costs € 3. The administrative burden you replace rises in direct proportion to the number of shipments, according to our own cost analysis.

Green list

Annex VII goes digital
on 1 January 2027

For orange-list shipments the notification has run through DIWASS since 21 May 2026. For Annex VII, the green list, a transitional arrangement of the European Commission applies: the transport document may stay on paper up to and including 31 December 2026. After that it has to be digital as well.

That affects a much larger group, and a group that ships more often: scrap, paper, plastics and textiles cross the border daily. At those volumes the price per shipment works out lower. Both procedures sit in the same subscription, so whoever joins now for the notification has Annex VII covered as well.
