Everything about Travas

Travas works directly via the platform, without mandatory system integration. Would you like to connect with Exact Online, SAP or another ERP or TMS system? That is available on request.
Create an account via en.travas.eu. We then guide the DIWASS registration. You do not need to arrange anything yourself with ILT, OVAM or UBA.
Carriers and chain partners get free access to the platform. They can see the status of shipments and download documents via the Travas app.
No. The subscription is €495 per year plus €100 per month, for 240 shipments per year. Everything above that is €3 per shipment. No setup costs, no hidden fees.
Yes. Travas supports both the red/orange-list procedure (Annex IA/IB notification, mandatory from 21 May 2026) and the green-list procedure (Annex VII transport document, mandatory from 1 January 2027). Both procedures are included in the standard subscription.
